Real Estate Agent or Broker To Assist With Real Estate Investor Referrals

We run a network of almost 300 real estate websites that deal primarily with investors. I am expanding out to some additional niches next 12 months and to do so I am looking for a licensed real estate agent or broker that can help with referrals.

Basically, you will be helping us by doing the following:

  • Find great investor deals from HUD and other sites of that nature.
  • Submit those deals via your own account for my assistant to analyze, post our analysis on our website and send out to our list of real estate investors.
  • When the investors inquire about the property, you will find an real estate agent or broker in that area that can work with the investor on a referral basis.
  • You will follow up regularly to track the status of the referral.
  • Since we are both licensed real estate agents or real estate brokers, we would split the referral fee 50/50.

NOTE: You are NOT, in any way, expected to leave your current real estate brokerage.

It takes about 15 minutes to research a deal and enter it in your account. Ideally, I'd like someone who wanted to do about 40 deals per week and do the follow calls up with the referrals you have out.

P.S. You can also earn residual monthly income from the agents you bring in that decide to sponsor their market instead of paying referral fees which I will explain to you as well.
