Sales Manager Wanted To Run Telemarketing Team

We run a network of real estate related websites and I am looking for a sales manager to run a team of telemarketers to sell exclusive sponsorships to real estate agents for these websites.

If you have experience (or the drive to overcome no experience) in creating and managing a sales team of telemarketers doing outbound telemarkting to real estate agents, then you may be the perfect candidate.

This is a commission based position where you are paid based on the sales of your telemarketing team. Commission consists of a large up front fee AND a residual on the monthly fee paid by the real estate agents.
