IMPORTANT NOTE: Please go through all the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below if you are interested in working directly with our real estate investor clients.

Real estate investors need to have the following key Dream Team members:

• Real Estate Agent/Broker - This is our core business and we provide that for them. As such, we do not allow other licensed real estate agents or real estate brokers to list themselves as a "local resource". • Handyman and Contractors

When they ask us to recommend one of the Dream Team members above, we refer them to the "local resources" page on the website for their area. We cover 280 major US markets and have a "local resources" section for each.

When they go to the "local resources" section for their market, if you are listed they can, at their sole discretion, choose to interview and hire you. We are not involved in that selection or hiring process at all.
