The following information is for Handyman Services that are interested in working with our real estate investors. The video directly below will give you an overview of how you can work with our investors.

If you can not view the videos (for whatever reason), you will need to go to a friend, neighbor, public library or somewhere else and watch the FAQ videos if you do want to work with our investors. I do not have this info in ANY other format and since this is a free service (meaning we don't profit from you doing work for the investors), I will not spend money to create it in another format when I already spent a day doing the videos.

This is covered in the video above too.
James
Thanks
Hope that helps.
James
I service the Daytona Beach, Florida area.
Thank you,
Tom MacLeran

Thanks.
James
see or hear them. Is there a problem with your system?
James
Perhaps try again in a little bit or try a different computer.
James
Is there a way to find out if you list in any areas that I operate in. This way I wont go through all the work setting up for nothing if you don't list in my area. Thank you.

James
Videos are not in e-mail. They are above on this web page.
James
Glad that you found it easy to do. Tammy does verify links before placing your link on our website.
She usually e-mails you telling you when she has placed your info up for our investors too.
Thanks!
James
What a great opportunity!! Great videos, I set up the web site and and emailed it to you with great ease. Looking forward to the future.
Paul
Yes, the feedback we've been getting is the videos really help.
Sincerely,
James
Second question: Can i put your link on myspace website or facebook?
Thank you
Ron
Thanks!
James
I have 2 questions.
No problem.
First, Do you have to be bonded or licensed?
That will depend on the investor you are doing work for. Some will require it. Some may not. It is not up to us, but it will be up to them.
As of right now i am not but may be starting my own business soon.
OK.
Second question: Can i put your link on myspace website or facebook?
Yes. While we prefer it to be on your business website (and even show you how to make your own site above), you can put it on your myspace or facebook page as long as it is publicly visible when Tammy or I go to check it. We need to be able to see it without being logged into anything.
Thanks.
James
Thanks.
James
I don' think in counties so I don't know. Here are the websites we have broken down by state:
http://analyzeddeals.com/linking/
Hope that helps.
James
I do decks, millwork, and all general building/handyman type of work. However my particular business is specializing in decks. I will be awaiting an email with your reply.
We do not have separate logos for each website; just the text links that we provide on the linking page above.
I can understand why you might want an image, but text links can also help to improve your ranking in search engines.
Sincerely,
James
I don't have a website. My business is only by word of mouth. Which is better then any advertisement. I do lots of work for property owners.
Can we set up something without me having a website?
Thanks.
James
Please do watch the video about you needing a website to participate. It really is required.
Sincerely,
James
My company provides all types of masonry work, whether you need a custom brick home completed, brick repair, or even a brick mailbox to accent the home. If you have any questions, please go to my website.
Thank you
VTMasonry, LLC
If you don't have a website, you can make one. I talk about that in the videos above and here:
http://setupwebsites.com
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
Just follow the steps above.
James
James replies:
As it says on the linking page, you will want to e-mail me the info we need to get it linked.
Thanks.
James
James replies:
Everything you need is outlined above. Please do go through that as I already took the time to put that together for you.
James
James replies:
Thanks for the message Brett. Since we *just* launched the handyman resource sections on the websites, it will take some time.
Also, please remember this is a FREE service so that amount of money I have budgeted to promote this particular aspect of the business is small. In fact, the entire budgeted amount for promoting the handyman resource section goes to promote the individual pages that we have our workers promote as I describe above. The rest of our marketing budget promotes the websites as a whole to attract investors and not specifically the handyman section.
Sincerely,
James
I do know this is going to be big business, especially for us that can be at ground zero, so to speak. Thank-you for making this available to us.
Todd Simpson
Thank's,
Rick
James replies:
I do give instructions on how to set up a website and link here:
http://setupwebsites.com
And here is the info on what to use to link:
http://analyzeddeals.com/linking/
Best wishes, Rollin
I received an email from you asking me to let you know when we have been contacted by one of your investors. While I have not been contacted from your website directly, I did receive a call from an investor responding to the ad you placed for me on craigslist. We are very excited to hear from more people. Hope to hear from you soon.
James replies:
Glad that is working for you as well. Like I mention above, we do also promote the page that you create on your website directly if you've set up a page with both our contact info on it.
That is just another benefit we occasionally offer to people working with us and our investors free of charge. See above FAQ videos for details.
Sincerely,
James
thanks mike [removed by James as irrelevant on this page]
James replies:
The comment I get most about the videos is that they give TOO much detail, so I suspect you are referring to the videos not working on your computer. If that is the case, you may need to, at your convenience, go to your local library to watch them if you want to participate.
While I do process these usually within 1 business day (with the rare exception where I am on vacation or the e-mail from you goes to my spam folder and I never see it), there is no rush to get this done on our end. As I explain the video, this is NOT a profit center for us since we do not charge you nor do we charge the investors for putting you two together. So, whenever you get around to it is when you will have the chance to have our investors contact you with jobs they have.
So, if your computer can do not show the videos (which more than 85% of our visitors can watch the videos) the next time you happen to be near your local library maybe go on in and watch them. Or, try a family member, neighbor or friends computer for watching them. They're YouTube videos (which is owned by Google) so there is nothing technically special about them.
Sincerely,
James
Richard
James replies:
I do explain EXACTLY how to do this in the videos above. Please do take time to watch those (at least the overview and the ones that are about questions you have).
Sincerely,
James
sincerely
Brent Uhl
James replies:
Since our service is 100% free, I am not sure why you'd need to be more financially stable to do it, but let me know when you're ready. Since I don't charge anything for it, there really is no rush on our end to get it done.
Just let me know when you want to get your name in front of our investors.
Sincerely,
James
How do investors looking at my area specifically (Redding, Ca), find you and your website to find me? In other words, how popular is your site among the investor crowd and if I go to the time and effort, what are the odds of hearing from someone looking for handywork in this specific area.
Thank you in advance. Clayton P.
James replies:
The Redding, CA site was created in mid to late June, 2008. We started with 50 sites and they have become very popular. During June we expanded from 50 to 280 (so 230 of the sites are very new).
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
You do need a website to do this. I do explain how to set up a free website though in the FAQs above.
Sincerely,
James
The question I have for you and your assistant Tammy is: Roughly how many investors are you involved with. This opportunity seems viable, and the cost is astonishing. Color me interested.
James replies:
Yes, free is certainly affordable.
We currently see close to 50,000 visitors each week to the sites and thousands of registered investor clients on our deal notification and wholesaler lists. We usually average more than 200 new investors registering each day on the site and that is growing as well.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
Yes.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
I can assure that with over 200 new investor clients each day and thousands of investor clients already I don't have time to explain it twice when I already did above with videos.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
No.
Please do watch the FAQ video above on why I do not do this via phone. If I started to do this by phone, I'd have to charge for the service. By doing it this way, I can keep it free.
Sincerely,
James
I think of a handyman as someone who does small repairs etc. Do you have a separate resource listing for builders who are equiped to do more significant projects?
James replies:
We do break out vastly different jobs, but for something like that you'd probably want to just list that as the type of work you can do on this page.
James
James replies:
I do answer this in detail in the FAQs above, but to give you the short answer here: you can get listed in one spot for each unique business you have.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
There is A LOT more money and fun in what I do with investors.
James
James replies:
This is a free, self-service model. So, to get started follow the steps outlined in the videos above.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
This is a free program for working with our investors only because I do not call people to set it up. I can keep it free because it is self-serve... I already made that videos to explain what you need to do above and you can send over the info that we need, as explained above, to do it and my assistant can copy and paste for our investors.
If you can't watch the videos on your personal computer because you are on dial-up, or your don't have sound, or it won't work for any other reason, please try a friend, neighbor, family member or the public library for accessing it if you are interested.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
If you watch the videos above you will see that we run a national network for our investors and we are in 280 markets including Topeka.
Sincerely,
James
James replies.
Yes. It is required.
James
James replies:
Great! Just let me know when you get the info up on your own site and send over the info you want to use to link to us as we describe in the FAQs above.
Thanks!
James
James replies:
Yes, this is not an exclusive relationship on either side. You can market yourself just like you have before and we can market ourselves just like we have before.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
The investors would ultimately decide whether they wanted to hire someone with our without a license.
James
James replies:
I can be sure of what any other person will do, but when investors ask me I will send them there and we get tens of thousands of visitors every week to the sites, so there are people looking even if they never talk to me or another agent.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
Yes, the program I have on how I connect handyman services with investors is explained in detail above in the FAQs. Since I do not charge at all for this service, I do not provide telephone support. My assistant processes the requests as explained above on our end via e-mail only.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
All the info you need is in the videos above.
James
James replies:
Please do take a moment to watch the videos.
James
James replies:
Please do watch the videos. Posting on this page is not likely going to get you work. You need to have it posted where our investors are looking to find you.
Sincerely
James
James replies:
The info I have on setting up a website is in the videos above. Anything beyond that, you will want to get some local website help.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
You said it... time is money. That is why I made the videos. If I was charging for this service, I'd be on the phone billing time to help you get this set up. Since it is free, please follow the steps in the videos.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
You will want to contact the person that made your website for help with that since they know what they are doing with it.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
many videos much information watch them to get work
:)
James replies:
Sounds great. Please do watch the videos and I'd love to get you listed on the Pensacola site for the investors.
James
James replies:
I assume this is a joke comment. If you actually watch the videos, you'll know why.
Sincerely,
James
I am from blacksburg and am interested in finding investors how need a remodeling job. looking forward to getting involved with you and some investors.
James replies:
You really do need a website to participate in our program. Of course you can work for real estate investors that you find, but to be listed on our site you do need a website.
Fortunately enough I do explain how to get a website for free in the FAQ videos above.
Thanks!
James
I am a carpenter/roof mechanic that just got laid off. I do have to be a licensed and insured contractor to use your service? Is it something your clients require? I'm in need of work to keep me through the winter months.
James replies:
You can have them go through the FAQs above on how to work with our investors.
Thanks!
James
James replies:
Please do go through the FAQs above. It explains exactly how it all works.
Sincerely,
James
This site is hosted by microsoft and I believe it is free for the 1st year. It includes a real .com address and a free website builder program that is very user friendly.
Thought this would help. It's where my own website is through.
i don't have high speed internet service yet do you think that this is going to be a problem in the future?
ps. I do have HVAC and building degree and believe this is a great opportunity. Thank you for your reply. Kirk
James replies:
That's perfect! Not having high speed is not an issue at all.
Have a great Thanksgiving!
James
James replies:
That will ultimately depend on the specific investor that interviews and hires you.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
Thanks! Just let me know when you're ready and my assistant will help.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
Looks like you were able to post a comment on the site fine. What site are you referring to exactly?
Sincerely,
James
Sincerely, Denny
James replies:
I do not get directly between the investors and providers in any way... financially or otherwise. That is up to them to work out directly and it is up to both of them to make sure they obey all the appropriate laws.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
The steps are all explain in great detail in the FAQ videos above.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
This is outside the scope of what I can answer.
James
James replies:
Yes.
James
Quick question, I have looked through the videos, but is there a document where all these FAQ's are listed so that everytime I need reminded of an answer I don't have to look at the video?
James replies:
Unfortunately since we do not charge handyman services or investors for this, this is not an area that gets a lot of attention and so the info is only available in the videos.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
If you are unable to view the videos on your computer, please try a computer from a friend, neighbor, family member, business associate or the public library. The only format this info is in is the videos above via YouTube.
YouTube is a widely accepted standard for viewing videos on-line giving us the widest common denominator.
Of course, if you are unable to view them with the suggestions above, this may not be a good fit for you.
Sincerely,
James
James replies:
I guess you did not actually go through the FAQs where it tells you it is free.
James
Your videos are the fastest way for everyone to benefit. You are serving the small and large companies in very simple format. Getting started with you now.
